ReplyDeleteI wonder if we're doing similar work this week. Right now I went through all my old Google Bookmarks for precalc, and put them in a google doc. I'm organizing them now into units, so that I'll actually *use* them (I hope).
I liked seeing Kate's 'Mistakes are Made' post again. It reminds me that I really want to go back to calling on students randomly. For all the great reasons she mentions, and so that I will call on female and male students equally. (As hard as I try to be equitable, I think I unconsciously let shy students - often female - off the hook more, and I think that's hurting them.)
